Home of Scotland Scottish-highlands-house

~A modest looking home in the Scottish countryside that isn't too far away from the Loch. Though it may look small, like England's TARDIS it is a lot bigger than it seems on the inside than what's outside. It's owner, Jack Wallace, is hardly ever home...claiming renovations that may or may not be happening, and is usually pestering Ireland or England on his days away~

[It had been a normal day. Keeva was simply walking through the dense grass to Scotland's house without a care in the world. She drew her trench-coat around her closer to her body and shuddered. It wasn't even that cold. Shrugging it off, Keeva continued down the path to the house. A feeling of unease settled over her, but she brushed it off, thinking it was just the gloomy atomosphere.

Picking up the pace slightly, Ireland saw the small house only a little ways ahead of her. She breathed a sigh of relief and hummed quietly to herself. She was only about five yards from the house when she stopped. Something was wrong, her heart was beating way too fast. Keeva brought her hand up to her mouth and let out a violent cough. When she pulled her hand away, she was shocked to see blood. She felt her blood run cold.]

"A bomb."

[That had to be what it was. She closed her eyes and coughed harder. There was a bomb, possibly two. And they were in Dublin. Upon realizing this, she felt her chest tighten and struggled to keep standing. She stumbled a few feet before falling to her knees.

Keeva shakily reached into her bag and pulled out a regular yellow duck and throwing it as far as she could as Scotland's house. It made contact with the window, but Keeva couldn't tell if he was able to hear it. She struggled to keep her eyes open.]

"J-Jack......Jack....

[Taking a deep breath, she screamed as loud as she could.]

"SCOTLAND!"

[Next thing she recalled was blacking out on the ground.]

[He had been out doing chores in the yard when he heard her scream and swore dropping what he was holding and running to the front. A look of horror crossed over his features as he saw her lying there and noticed the blood.]

"Keeva..."

[He ran and caught her right before she hit the ground trying to sit her up.]

"Keeva...You look at me now. Don't go blackin' out... what happened? Keeva--"

[He noticed her fading from conciousness and frowned picking her up and carrying her into the house. He set her on the bed and ran to get some water, making sure to prop her up so she wouldn't suffocate. And went to look through a book of remedies trying to figure out something to do as he swore and kind of threw things around in frustration.]

"Don't you die on me...I don't know magic of your kind. I can't fix this."

[Keeva's eyelids fluttered slightly and barely registered that she was being carried into the house. She heard him talking but couldn't make out the words. She weakly raised her hand and gripped the back of his shirt. Her voice was weak but she was able to get the words out.]

"B-Bomb in Dublin.....nothing you can do....gotta wait it out..."

[She curled into a ball as a fit of coughs shook her body. Spots of blood dotted the bed and her hand.]

"Hasn't gone off yet......you'll know if it does..."

[Tears pricked her eyes as she clutched her chest in pain. Her grip on his shirt tightened.]

"Please stay.....I'm scared...."

[He winced, not liking the helpless feeling but sighed and wet a cloth going over to her and handing it to her to wipe her mouth. He stroked her hair looking conflicted, wishing there was something he could do, but knowing that if she was right and it was a bomb there was really nothing -to- do but wait it out.]

"It just happened, yeah?"

[He brushed her hair out of her eyes and sat next to her holding her and wishing he could take her pain.]

"Oh Ireland..."

[Keeva wrapped her arms around Jack's waist and gripped onto him for dear life. God her chest hurt.]

"I-I'll be fine....they may be defusing it as we speak...."

[Although, defusing a bomb would hurt her almost as much as if it went off. But at least the feeling of hundreds, possibly thousands of her people dying wouldn't follow.

She drifted in and out of consciousness for about two hours before she finally sensed the bomb about to be defused. She raised her head and looked Scotland square in the eye.]

"It's being defused. Don't freak out with what comes next. I'll be fine after a few moments."

[Keeva closed her eyes and sat upright, smiling slightly when she felt Jack's arms still around her. She had only a few moments of calm before she felt it. The painful, sudden burst from the now defused bomb. She felt a cut appear on her chest and screamed into Jack's shoulder in pain. After two agonizing minutes, Keeva felt herself go limp and momentraily stop breathing.

After what felt like an eternity, Keeva took a shallow breath.]

"I hate the fuckin' after effect."

[He grimaced and swore holding onto her tightly and burying his head in her hair so she wouldn't see the worry in his eyes.]

"I swear to god I'll kill the bastard who did this."

[Tries to laugh and put on a good face holding her tightly.]

"They should know I'm the only one allowed to pick on you, right?"

[He grimaced and winced as he watched her break biting his tongue to mask the line of swears he wanted to say and rinsed the towel running it across her wounds.]

"Take it easy...I'll take care of you, ok?"

[She let out a few more shakey breaths before her breathing started to return to normal. She blinked a few times and felt the cool towel run across the wound on her chest. She winced slightly but looked up at Jack with a small smirk.]

"I didn't know better, I'd say this was an excuse for you to grope me."

[She let out a short laugh and closed her eyes.]

"I don't think there's another one, but only time will tell. Thank God nobody got hurt."

[Keeva sat up on her knees slightly and kissed Jack on the cheek.]

"Thanks for staying. I've been through worse bombings before alone."
